Longroom Residency

I'm delighted to be on board with Longroom as one of their resident DJs!

I'll be holding down Friday nights from around 9pm through until midnight, spinning a feelgood selection of party-starting funk, (proper!) disco, soulful house, Latin & rare groove. The tables will be pushed back, the volume pushed up & the DJ pushin' on!

For the next month or so, you can also catch me behind the decks on Sunday afternoons, between 4-7pm, helping you Rewind your weekend all over again with a tasty selection of soulful Sunday styles.

Some of the other DJs playing include Gene Rivers, Murry Sweetpants, Big Sene & Sam-E.

Longroom is looking very sexy now, with the refurbishments almost complete. We all know & love the courtyard space, but inside, the old Safari Lounge has had a serious makeover, with the bar area opened right up into an incredibly welcoming space, with couches, roaring log fires & p-l-e-n-t-y of room to move.

What's more, the guys have completely opened up the back of the establishment, with an outside balcony (complete with logfires, comfy seating & an awesome sound system!) bringing a bunch of light to the far end of the long, long room...

Longroom, Ponsonby Road

I'm delighted to be invited to play regularly at the brand new Longroom, at 114 Ponsonby Rd.

Formerly known as Safari Lounge, the bar has undergone a considered refurbishment which has resulted in an incredibly classy environment across 2 distinct spaces - each with their own serious appeal.

Bar. Bistro. Courtyard. Old faves & fresh cuts served on the regular by yer old mate 90 & a clutch of other DJs. With ears.
